The desktop app is free. This policy applies to Voidex Managed.

Cancellation

Cancel before renewal to prevent the next charge. Access normally continues through the paid period.

Refund requests

For duplicate charges, incorrect billing or a service not delivered as described, contact Voidex support within 14 days. Approved refunds return through the original payment method.
